If you can’t connect at your destination because of a technical problem with our eSIM and we can’t fix it, we refund 100%.
Before installing
If you haven’t installed the eSIM, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
When it doesn’t apply
Incompatible or locked phones, data already used, or activated plans that worked.
